professional staff sophisticated atmosphere outdated room poor soundproofing
The staff was super professional. the room had a sophisticated atmosphere, and i liked the pool area. It featured three saunas, a jacuzzi, and cascades.
the hotel no longer justifies its price. the rooms are very outdated and worn out, and poorly soundproofed.

beach access sun loungers sea water pools breakfast variety
i found the hotel location ideal, just steps from the beach. i appreciated the hotel's direct beach access with included sun loungers and towels. the sea water pools were a definite highlight, and the spa offered a relaxing experience. breakfast had great food variety.
the hallway carpets show some wear and could use updating (but this didn't affect my overall enjoyment).

The family room had outdated tvs and worn remote controls. it provided ample space. the pull-out sofa showed signs of wear. the bathroom decor seemed a bit dated, yet functional.

the front desk staff handled check-in efficiently. i was offered sparkling wine upon arrival. restaurant personnel were very attentive during dinner and breakfast, providing prompt and courteous service.

the breakfast buffet featured a broad range of options, exceeding standard expectations. dinner at the italian restaurant was delicious. breakfast waiters offered excellent service (especially the coffee refills).

the 25-meter swimming pool proved refreshing. i enjoyed the mineral sauna. swimming pools use sea water. there is parking available, though it costs extra.

excellent location super clean room old bathroom bed issue
the location is excellent it is right by the beach with beautiful sea views that actually live up to the photos. the room was super clean it was well-designed and felt genuinely comfortable rather than just 'hotel nice.
old bathrooms were present this is max 3 star level. i felt down from bed because the top tiny layer on the bed is 15 cm wider it is rediculus and for sure not 5 star hotel standards
